Erin Hirt was a prep All-Stater in Texas. She began her college career at North Central Texas College before transferring to Oklahoma City University.
She was a two-time All-Sooner Athletic Conference and All-Region selection at setter for the Stars, helping led OCU to back-to-back runner-up finishes in the SAC in 2006 and 2007. She set school records for assists per game, assists per match and highest serving percentage while at OCU.
Hirt spent the summer of 2008 competing overseas with the U.S. Athletes International and then served as a student assistant coach at OCU in the fall of 2008 before graduating in December of '08.
She is in her second year at the University of Central Oklahoma as a graduate assistant and is working on a Master's Degree in Education. She will also be in her second year with OP2.
