Jeff has coached at the high school, club, and college levels in Oklahoma. Jeff assisted OP2 fellow coach Will Ethridge at Edmond Santa Fe High School in the early 1990' s helping them to consecutive state championships. His 14 year club career has produced 11 regional championships and an .830 winning percentage. His 15's team won the 2006 Colorado Crossroads National Qualifier and finished 5th at the 2006 USA Volleyball National Championships in Atlanta, GA.

Jeff has coached in the college ranks for 7 years first at Mid America Christian University (MACU) and currently at the University of Central Oklahoma (UCO). While at MACU, Jeff had a record of 71-11 with a 3rd place national finish in 2000 and a National Championship in 2001. The 2001 National Championship is the only such championship ever recorded for volleyball in Oklahoma. Jeff then served as assistant coach in 2003 at UCO before taking over the reigns as head coach. In his six years at UCO, he has earned a current record of 137-63. His overall college coaching record is 208-74.
 
For the last two years, Jeff has been selected to be the head coach for the Oklahoma High Performance team leading them to a 3rd place finish in 2008 and winning the HP national championship in 2009.

Jeff is married to Gina and they have two children (Bryce 13 and Taryn 10).
