Kimo Aweau attended West Chester University in Pennsylvania where he was a middle blocker and outside hitter for the men's volleyball team. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Fitness. In 2005, he began his own strength and conditioning summer camps for athletes. He also coached club volleyball in the Philadelphia area for 7 years before moving to Oklahoma. He has trained athletes in various sports and levels including tennis, softball, soccer, football, baseball, volleyball, and triathlon. Kimo is married to Jamie.
