Natalie Slayton played collegiately at Southern Nazarene University as an outside hitter and setter. After graduation, she moved to North Carolina where she taught Civics and coached for the varsity volleyball team at Weddington High School. Three years ago, she moved back to Oklahoma where she is in her third year teaching U.S. History at Cheyenne Middle School in Edmond. While at Cheyenne, she has also coached three years for the varsity volleyball team. Her school teams have won the conference tournament the last two years.
Natalie coached the 12-2's for OP2 her first two years before moving up to the 13-2's in the 2008-2009 season. In addition to volleyball, Natalie likes to read, ride her bike, and be around kids as much as possible.
