RANDY DECKER (12 Smack)   



Randy Decker has been involved with playing, coaching, and officiating volleyball for over 20 years. He worked with former UCO coach Mark Herrin in conducting volleyball camps in high schools across the state of Oklahoma for several years.

In 1996, he became the head volleyball coach at Edmond Memorial, leading the Lady Bulldogs back to the state playoffs his first year, after the Bulldogs had missed the previous 4 state playoffs.

He has coached several club teams taking two teams, (17's and 12's) to the Junior National tournament and also having his 12's team receive an invitation to the 2006 USA Junior Nationals. In 2008, Randy earned his CAP I Certification through the USA Volleyball coaching development program. He is currently an NCAA and NAIA Volleyball official and has officiated college volleyball for over 10 years.

Randy is in his eighteenth year with the Edmond Public Schools having been a teacher, volleyball coach, assistant principal, principal, and currently the Executive Director of Human Resources. He and Anne have been married for seventeen years and they have three children (Kate - 15, Sarah - 12, and Will - 6).
